Hi, I’m Robin. Two years ago, I started kickboxing in the Netherlands and it changed everything. Training gave me energy, confidence, and clarity. But I often felt alone in it. There was no strong, supportive women’s community, especially not in the fight world.
That’s why I created Level Up. A place for women to come together, train hard, grow stronger, and shine. Whether you’re a fighter, a beginner, or just need a mental reset, you’ll feel at home here.
What to expect:
Over 10 days in tropical Koh Samui, you’ll experience:
Daily Muay Thai and strength training

Mornings ☀️: We start with Muay Thai or strength training. You sweat, you laugh, you push past your limits, and realise you’re capable of more than you thought.
Afternoons 🌴: These are for balance: journaling, breathwork, beach swims, or exploring the island. Time to let your body rest and your mind open.
Evenings 🌙: These bring us together, for a local dinner, a sharing circle, or simply a quiet moment watching the sunset with your new sisters.
